The FCA published its final policy statement, rules and guidance on the UK’s sustainability disclosure requirements and investment labelling regime on 28 November 2023.

In this article we take a look at the final consultation paper, what the new regime entails and who it applies to. We also consider if, and to what extent, private equity and venture capital fund managers will be impacted by the new rules.
