Corvus Advisers, a provider of outsourced legal services to the closed ended funds and asset management industries, is delighted to announce the launch of its administration business and the formation of the Corvus Group.

Incorporating and building upon the existing Corvus business, the Corvus Group will provide a range of professional and financial services to the PE and VC communities. Combining administration services with legal and operational support, the Corvus Group will support its clients on all aspects of their businesses and across all levels of their investment value chains.

Corvus’ founders, Andrew Brizell and James McCarthy, are joined by Dave Bridger who will head up the newly formed administration business.
